KDVL800
The machine has an integrated box-like construction with a column of rectangular section. It has a good rigidity and can undertake heavy duty cut with long term precision keeping . The large spindle and bearing arrangment make the component rigid and suitable for heavy and precision cut.
Longitudinal and cross feeds are made by means of cross-like slides with a self-balancing system for the longitudinal movement.The machine is totally sealed guard structure with right side chip removal conveyor.
X/ Z travel -50;+600mm/900mm, ,30/37kw main servo motor, 50-1200 rpm, Hydraulic tool , chip conveyor,X/Y Rapid feed : 12m/16m/ min , 1 GB program memory, 8.4" color LCD monitor, USB port, rigid tapping.
